Does the difference include both the start and end date?
The day count is the number of days between the two dates — for example, January 1 to January 3 is 2 days apart, not 3.
Can I subtract time from a date, not just add it?
Yes — switch to "Add or Subtract" and choose Subtract to go backward from your starting date.
How are months and years handled when adding?
Adding a month or year moves to the same day number in the target month, adjusting automatically if that day doesn't exist (for example, adding a month to January 31 lands on the last day of February).
